Legal Framework

These terms govern your use of MPS services and our recruitment platform. By accessing our website, you agree to comply with our operational policies, international labor recruitment standards, and legal compliance guidelines.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

MPS Manpower Project Services guarantees robust deployment standards under a minimum one-year contract and a standard 90-day probation period. Our compliance framework ensures a 6-day workweek consisting of 8-hour daily shifts, with any additional hours protected by an overtime rate of at least 1.5 times the basic salary. To ensure maximum productivity and worker welfare, employers provide free medical care, daily workplace transport, economy airfare, and fully equipped bachelor accommodation, alongside free meals or a 25% salary allowance (excluding U.A.E. and Bahrain). All placements are fully protected by local labor laws, social security, and mandatory insurance, which includes full employer-funded medical evacuation or repatriation to Pakistan in the event of an emergency.

Employment Terms

The standard contract length for all project placements is a minimum of one year. Upon deployment, workers undergo a 90-day probationary period (or a duration aligned with local labor laws) to ensure a smooth, mutually beneficial adjustment period for both the employer and the employee.

Work & Overtime

The standard work schedule consists of 8 hours per day (maximum 12 hours) across 6 days a week, ensuring at least 1 full rest day and paid holiday. Any hours worked beyond the standard 8-hour shift are paid as overtime, calculated at the host country's official rate or a minimum of 1.5 times the basic hourly salary.

Worker Welfare

Employers must provide free bachelor accommodation complete with electricity, water, gas, and bedding. For unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled workers, the employer must also provide free meals or a 25% basic salary allowance in lieu of food. This meal provision does not apply to placements in the U.A.E. and Bahrain.

Travel & Care

To ensure complete peace of mind, employers cover free healthcare, daily commuting transport, and economy-class airfare to and from the home country without impacting minimum wages. Furthermore, annual vacation, sick leave, and insurance are fully covered per local laws, alongside guaranteed employer-funded repatriation to Pakistan in the event of severe injury or death.
